Hazards, indicators and wiper problems on Fiat Brava.?

Hi everyone, I have a Fiat Brava 98 model and am having issues. Whenever I turn on the engine and try the indicators it just gives a little flash like it is going to start and then nothing. Sometimes they will work for 5 mins other times not at all!!! Also the wipers sometimes work then just stop halfway through the wipe. Also the hazard lights have the same issue. Oh and the windscreen wash doesnt spray. There is water in the tank at the front. I have looked at my Haynes manual which directed me to the fuses but they all seem to be ok. Im uming the fact that these problems are all electrical means that its probably 1 thing causing the lot. Any help or advice would be great...then I can start looking into it deeper. Thanks everyone.
