What could be my problem? Could my 23rd chromosomes be xxy?

Well, we were discussing genetics in Bio and my teacher said that there are cases in which a female could have an extra Y (looking like: XXY) and that these females generally have some abnormalities that are some of mine. For example, I am 15 and have underdeveloped (considering that this is all they are supposed to grow by this time) , irregular periods (sometimes skipping up to 2-3 months), not a huge difference between the size of my waist and hips, deeper voice than most girls, and am kind of hairy ( my arms look like boy's and have slightly dark upper-lip and chin hair). This makes me concerned.
