My audits for my HOA are two years behind. I ask repeatedly for them. What can I do?

edly for them. The Management company says that they are working on them. 2005 was not a successful audit and the CPA Firm resigned. Now the Mgmt Co. refuses to tell me who the new auditors are and the HOA attorney. Please help me. Thank you. SJC
