Clown fish marine aquarium start up...?

I am curious in starting a simple marine aquarium of clownfish and anemone. Since I live in Kansas (land locked state) and the necessary filters and lighting aren't always readily available. Just some advice to get everything started and is a twenty gallon aquarium too small for just the species listed above?
