Question about transferring from 2 year to 4 year college?

Hi, I just finished my first year at a community college in california. Everything is on track except my math cl... Ive never been very good at math, so I am in remedial math that is not transferrable. I need to take 2 more remedial cles before getting into a transferrable level math cl. But will I still be able to transfer within one year? because I need to take 3 math cles...Will i be able to take that cl over next summer? I need to apply this year, and i just feel like i have to spend one more year or semester at the community colllege just for one cl...... anybody have any answers? thanks.
