Why is this '01 saab 9-3 so cheap?

There's something wrong with it. Never buy cars over the internet unless you can test drive them first. Its about 3,000 off the price of kelleys blue book which is very weird. There might be a transmission issue or something. You should email or ask them what is the matter with it.
