1995 BMW 318IS, fuel leak, I found a pinhole leak in a fuel line. I?

It's a rubber line that comes down from the top of the fuel tank and connects to one of the metal lines going to the engine. I need to replace this line. Can I do it without dropping the gas tank? Can I access the top of the tank from inside the car? If so how does the back seat come out?
