Did the radiation in Japan make Nobuhiro Ishida a mutant ninja warrior?

It's kind of wierd that this guy who never had a first round knock out and was picked to fight Kirkland because of his lack of punching power knocked him out in the first round. Kirkland has fought big punchers before and had taken big punches. This guy comes out of no where and beats him down. I say the radation over there made this guy some sort of mutant. Japans radiation must be better than steroids. What do you think?
