How did Nazism effect women?

I haven't found anything to suggest that Nazi policy towards women was particularly different from the then current alternatives although the state did seek to control organisations and membership of Bund Deutscher Madel and Reischarbeitsdienst was mandatory. There was a strong emphasis on providing offspring for the future, but that's no so different to other cultures of the time. By the way, you should probably say 'affect' not 'effect'. Affect means to influence and an effect is a result.
