Is there an online game that uses a finger as a "gun"?

I played a game online last year sometime of where someone was walking down the street and little monsters poped-up and you killed them with a mouse-controlled finger. I got to the website through Stumble Upon and have searched there for it but the Google and other searches have been fruitless.
