My gums bleed at night time, Especially if i skip brushing a day, How can I stop this?

The only reason your gums bleed is if you have some degree of gum disease. If you just have gingivitis, you need to brush and floss a minimum of twice daily. This should cure the problem and by continuing to do this you will prevent this from coming back. If after 2 weeks, your gums still bleed, you have a more severe problem called periodontitis. This will need some treatment in the dental office along with a good home care program. If this is not taken care of you will eventually lose teeth. good luck.
