My work contract ends whilst Im on maternity leave?

I work in Germany on army base for a UK company - doing MOD removals, My maternity leave starts tomorrow, 3 weeks before my due date. Ive worked for the company for nearly 2 yrs. My contract is ending in september and I don't think it will get renewed will I still get my SMP from the company. The offices in UK do commercial moves as well as MOD moves and therefore continue as a business. Thanks
