Red bump problem, need help?

i have this red bump in a very unfortunate place and im pretty sure its a razor bump because i got it right after i shaved but its been there for over a month now and ive tryed hot presses, neosporin, alo vera everything and it wont go away, sometimes it will get less noticable but its still there sigh i need it gone fast, cause i have plans lol, any help?
