Where in Pittsburgh can I find a very inexpensive wedding reception venue?

I'm getting married in Pittsburgh in September 2010, but I live in Washington DC. It's proving hard to find something within our budget. We have a total budget of 10K, but would really only like to spend 4K on a reception hall (food, table decor, etc, included). We would like for it to be a BYO place, so that we can provide all the beer and liquor for the bar ourselves, as opposed to pay ridiculous prices for only 4 hours of service. We're getting married in Heinz Chapel, if we can stay close to there, great, if not, no problem. Any suggestions?
