Heart symptoms worse even with beta blocker-what is this?

I have been on a beta blocker for a year now for tachycardia. Dr didn't investigate the cause other than doing a holter monitor and EKG several times. It was also blamed on my thyroid before they took half of it out due to nodules...none of these things fit the cause for the fast heart rate and nothing improves it (not even weight loss). The symptoms I get are heart pounding (palipitations) tingling in both hands, short of breath, clammy- like a cold sweat, confusion and extreme exhaustion. It seems to be happening more frequently too. These symptoms were not all present when I first started taking the beta blockers 1 year ago. One day last week, I forgot to take the med and this happened so I blamed it on that. The next time it happened exactly the same and I had already taken the beta blocker hours before. I also have an autoimmune disease so I thought it was yet another symptom from that but wanted to ask anyway to see if other's have the same symptoms.

Since they also know they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning, why run at all? Better to bow out gracefully and never have the stigma of losing an election attached to their name. They can still work in government or the private sector and earn a good living, and they will never be asked why they think their opponent made mincemeat out of them at the polls. Life advice? Career advice please?

Okay.. let me give you a basic summary of things.. I am 20 years old. I have financial responsibilities.. bills include.. rent.. pge.. cable.. insurance.. you know all of that.. Ive had a good job and have been making about 2700/mo..I also have savings of about 30k..my problem is I just found out our company has been taken over and I am getting laid off. I have about 2months left here max.. I need advice on what I should do.. I basically have two options.. find another job.. ive found another job that im pretty sure Ill get since i have the skills for it but its about a 45min drive from where i live.. Id probably be making about the same pay..or a second option would be going back to school... my education basically stopped at highschool.. i graduated and took a few college cles at my city community college but later dropped them so I would really be starting from scratch trying to get my AA... I just dont know what to do... a part of me wants to just go and get that other job but Im just afraid of being laid off again at a later point in time and me being in a worst situation..like if i had kids, etc. it would be much more difficult.. and that makes me think maybe i should go back to school now while i dont have children to be able to have kids and have a more stable career... I have the savings to be able to go to school and still be able to pay my bills but i just dont know if its worth it.. i mean i really have no clue as to what i want to be or what carreer to pursue and will getting my AA really help me get a better job with better pay than what i can get now.. I just dont want to spend all my savings and then finish school and be making the same thing im making now.. then it wouldnt seem worth it. I work in banking so basic jobs are 9-5 so school and working that job wouldnt work especially if my jobs in a different city, I just know it would be too much. If i do decide to go back to school I would probably get a part time job too. But wont be making anything like what i make now.. my monthly bills/ expenses total about 1600/mo. I just need some advice as to which path i should take.. Hair Problem, please help,?

Your hair sounds a lot like mine. It's naturally wavy, am I right? Mine will straighten at the beginning of the day but by the end of the day it gets wavy, almost curly looking at the ends. I don't even have to put it up, it just does it on its own. I have yet to find a solution; I just have accepted it as the way it has to be. Perhaps some really good hairspray with a good hold might help, but I hate to use too much hairspray because it will start to look like a wig. I hope I helped. Neither pay very well considering how long you'll spend in school for it (more like 60-70k average for astrophysics at least). We stayed at the melia hotel last year and are staying there again next week.We are paying 690 MYR for 3 nts with breakfast. From the airport catch the starshuttle , it only costs a couple of dollars and drops youu right at the door.Buses run every 30 mins. Across the road from the hotel is Berjaya Times Square a huge shopping centre and the monorail station is there so it makes it really easy to get around. We caught the monorail to chinatown for shopping. The hotel is very nice and staff were helpful.

I've got a Peavey electric guitar. The other day I was driving through town with it in the backseat of my explorer and a car pulled out in front of me and when I slammed my brakes, the guitar flew forward and took a pretty solid hit on my center console. I plugged it into my amp for the first time today and it wouldn't put any sound out to the amp. I took out the little plug in, where you plug the chord into the guitar, and the wires had come undone. I tried to saunter then back on but one of the prongs on this part snapped. I'd like to fix it myself, but I don't know what part to order. Its where the cord plugs into the guitar and in turn, the wires inside my guitar are connected to it. Can anyone name this piece for me?

Hazards, indicators and wiper problems on Fiat Brava.?

Hi everyone, I have a Fiat Brava 98 model and am having issues. Whenever I turn on the engine and try the indicators it just gives a little flash like it is going to start and then nothing. Sometimes they will work for 5 mins other times not at all!!! Also the wipers sometimes work then just stop halfway through the wipe. Also the hazard lights have the same issue. Oh and the windscreen wash doesnt spray. There is water in the tank at the front. I have looked at my Haynes manual which directed me to the fuses but they all seem to be ok. Im uming the fact that these problems are all electrical means that its probably 1 thing causing the lot. Any help or advice would be great...then I can start looking into it deeper. What can i do about body shop?

ok so i wrecked my 2008 Acura TSX about 6 weeks ago, i got an estimate from the insurance company about how much the damage totaled up to on my car, they decided it wasnt totaled, but had about 8500.00 worth of damage on it. I called the body shop the other day and they told me they were still tearing my car down to see if any more damage was done that they couldnt see in the first inspection of it. Anyway, the point is, i drove by the body shop the other day and my car was STILL sitting in the parking lot of the body shop untouched, called the manager from my cell phone from across the street and he ured me it was being fixed...my next question to him was, "why the HE** is my car still sitting in the parking lot then?" . he said "uh well we have 2 cars in the bays right now, it will be another 2 weeks and we will start on yours. Anyway. My question is how much time should i expect for them to fix 8500 dollars worth the damage on my TSX and should i contact my insurance company and let them handle it or should i just have it towed somewhere else? tho if i have to see that manager im liable to go to jail.

Well, we were discussing genetics in Bio and my teacher said that there are cases in which a female could have an extra Y (looking like: XXY) and that these females generally have some abnormalities that are some of mine. We adopted 2 kittens from a rescue last Sunday. They are approx 7-8 weeks old. The boy is much bigger than the girl. She is very small and is not playful at all. He is a crazy boy chasing anything that moves. She is eating pretty good now but still is not playful. She is very loving and will find us on the couch and jump up and climb in our laps. I took them both to the vet yesterday and she is only 1lb but gums are pink. They were both dewormed and will go back next week for another dose. Can having worms make her not playful? Do cats generally feel bad when they are infected? Anyone have a cat that was very small and sort of lazy that turned around and became a healthy cat after getting rid of worms? The other possibility per the vet is a congenital liver defect. A mom cat may have shunned her if this is the case but the babies were rescued at 1 week and bottle fed until they could eat wet food.

Kane is essentially an allegory for the life of William Randolph Hearst, who vehemently attempted to defame Welles and kept him from earning his best picture oscar. all in all, the whole back story behind it and the technical achievements Welles mustered were what made Citizen Kane a landmark film in its day, and the fact that the formula it established hasnt yet been improved upon is why it is the greatest movie ever.

the forest token thing is a good idea, but if you use this one card, it's a human druid, forgot the name(lol) before ambush commander, then you would have a forest with 4/4 and a bunch of others that are 2/2. also, there is a horror(again, can't remember the name) that taps, pays four mana, and creates a 4/4 were once there was a land. ambush commander is cheap, but you can buy in bulk, so he is equal to both of these. you don't lose creature-lands unless the card says so. sound like you could be on the verge of a land-animation deck. ie, one of the best decks ever that I've been trying to pull off for a while. the tokens are still mana sources. doesn't work for enchantments unless there is a card that makes target enchantment a */* creature that is still an enchantment. also, if you use quicksilver elementAL IN THIS DECK, than you could have a virtual copy of the horror. yay.

My 14 year old daughter had the same problem. Let's face it. Girls are just mean. They thrive on hurting people. We realized that the only thing most of these girls have in common with each other is getting a thrill by ganging up on another girl...especially a cuter, smarter, more interesting and mature one. They do it because they are insecure and it makes them feel better about themselves to tear down girls they are jealous of and threatened by. There's nothing you can do but weather the storm until these girls grow up. Ignore them. Don't acknowledge them. The more you react, the more fun it is for them to attack you. As for Facebook, go ahead and de-friend them. My daughter finally got up the nerve to do it to a bunch of these types of girls, and guess what?? A whole bunch of others did the same thing! It was awesome. It ended up that no one wanted them as "Facebook Friends" but were too scared to de-friend them until my daughter did. If you are unwilling to do that, you might consider de-activating your account for a while. Then no one's feelings get hurt. You can just tell your friends that you find it a huge waste of time and would rather spend time with them in person. My only other thought is to create a new account with a funny, fake name. Once you've established a new account, just let people know who you really are when you ask to friend them. Good luck and stay strong. You will be happier in the long run if you take the high road.

Why is my itchy?

It is itchy and after much scratching, these small red spots appear and it looks the same as those you get on your hand sometimes. When you break the skin, some liquid is produced. Not sure what it's made of. It is extremely itchy. There are some on the skin below the glans and it is also itchy in the urethra.

I had a strange traffic stop incident Friday Night. I live in River Vale, New Jersey, about 2 miles south of the NY/NJ line. On Friday night, I was at a bar in Rockland County, NJ with a few friends. Next thing, I saw flashing red lights in my rearview mirror, so I pulled over. The police officer asked for my license and registration, and then asked, "How much have you had to drink tonight?" I told the truth, "Two drinks, the last an hour ago. I'll be happy to perform tests if you want." So he has me step out. He first has me blow into the preliminary breath test. Then he has me perform a couple FSTs (walking in a straight line, counting 1234 4321 on my fingers 5 times) which I did with no problem. Then he said, "Well, you admitted to me you had a couple drinks. I technically can bring you in, even though I probably wouldn't get a DUI on you. I want you to sit by the side of the road for a half hour. It is 9:30. You can proceed at 10. I have youre license number and home address, so if I find out you were on the road before then, I know where to find you." So he drove away and I waited a half hour and left. I am thinking though. I think he was covering his ***. He knew he probably wouldn't get a DUI on me, but was afraid if he said, "OK you're free to go," and I pulled away and had an accident, he could be in trouble. I really don't think he was really serious, because if he really thought I was unfit to drive, he would have sat there for a half hour to make sure I didn't go anywhere, and not driven away and left me alone. If I had driven off and he drove by and saw my car gone, could he really have chased me down in a different state? I was more than a half hour from home, and by the time I got home, I may not even have registered at all on a breath test. Looking back, it didn't seem like he had anything on me. Does this seem like an abuse of power?

Do you need WC3:RoC once you install TFT? (CD-Key problem)?

Unfortunately, I only have the case and CD-Key for TFT, so I'm using someone else's CD-Key for RoC (both CDs were bought legitimately from stores, I just lost the RoC case and Key). Whenever I try connecting to Battle.net in TFT, it usually shows other people using the CD-Key in RoC. Is there any way to cirvent this? Please don't suggest I buy a separate RoC CD-Key. The only reason your gums bleed is if you have some degree of gum disease. If you just have gingivitis, you need to brush and floss a minimum of twice daily. This should cure the problem and by continuing to do this you will prevent this from coming back. If after 2 weeks, your gums still bleed, you have a more severe problem called periodontitis. kay, so there's this guy...the one I actually mentioned that I wanted to give my number to in my last question. So What happened is, he sat next to me in cl, and then we talked.
