Can someone tell me the name of the artist/painter of "The Blue Horse"?

Not Franz Marc or Henry Patton. Although, the style of this painting is more like Franz Marc. It's a vibrant painting; a royal blue horse on a bright yellow background.The horse is more abstract, a kind of free form outline. I remember the title had been translated into English as "The Blue Horse." I think the artist may be Asian. I saw a large poster print of it in an office building and now it's no longer there. Thanks, I think this one will be a challenge!
