Specific effect in a movie maker i need?

I'd like a movie maker where I can of course save to my computer as wmv and works on windows movie maker and or windows live movie maker. I'd really like to have the chroma key effect, but this isnt the specific one im talking about. I'd LOVE to have chroma key. thats the main thing im looking for, but this question isnt about that. I want to be able to have a video and put mini videos and photos ONTOP of my videos...kinda like ijustine and how she has those cool sidebars...like in Zwei-stein where you can add videos ONTOP and stretch and resize them! dont forget the saving as wmv! thanks!!! I know its a bit picky...oh and not too complicated please...thank u!
