Are Russian people portrayed in a bad light in Hollywood movies?

I watched the Orphan and it seems they are shown as very regal by the Americans and also crazy nutters. They are also shown to be dumb mobsters like in boondock saints, are these fair? Can any one give me a movie where this is not true?
