Borken guitar, I don't know what this piece is called that needs replaced ?

I've got a Peavey electric guitar. The other day I was driving through town with it in the backseat of my explorer and a car pulled out in front of me and when I slammed my brakes, the guitar flew forward and took a pretty solid hit on my center console. I plugged it into my amp for the first time today and it wouldn't put any sound out to the amp. I took out the little plug in, where you plug the chord into the guitar, and the wires had come undone. I tried to saunter then back on but one of the prongs on this part snapped. I'd like to fix it myself, but I don't know what part to order. Its where the cord plugs into the guitar and in turn, the wires inside my guitar are connected to it. Can anyone name this piece for me?
