I had and i think i've contracted STD?

I'm a 27 years old guy, unmarried.I had with a prostitute( not really prostitute but a call girl) for the first time. Though i used a condom , when i drew my out i saw my condom was ripped. After a week or two i had diarrhea like symptoms for three to four days with low grade fever and headache. These symptoms disappeared after a week or two...but after that i experienced weight loss, i was 52 kg and i lost 2 kg of my body weight..After three months I went to a laboratory and did a rapid test for hiv 1 and hiv 2 and the results came out negative but i'm still not convinced and living with anxiety and fear as i'm not being able to again weight and really feeling different,No matter how healthy food i eat and do exercise i'm not gaining weight as i should, i can not concentrate and become reluctant to do mental and physical labor and also i saw some tiny red hair grow in my hands, My smelling very bad which did not have that smell before . Now it has been six months since and i'm going for another test call ELISA..I will never make such mistake again and will be true to the one whom i'm going to marry..If anyone out there have similar experience and if anyone really knows what is going on, it is my humble request to you "pls help me"..Thanks
