Is it worth taking the SAT Subject tests if I'm going to be done applying to colleges by December?

Everything else is in order, I just don't know if it's worth studying for and taking the SAT Subject tests (Literature, US History, and Chemistry) when it's already this late in November. Especially for the UCs and Cal States- applications are due at the end of the month!
